What we collect

Your email address and your answers to the two tick boxes (that you are 18 or older, and that you agree to receive our emails). As proof of your consent, the form also records the date and time of your sign-up, your IP address and your browser.

Why, and on what basis

To send you emails about the launch of the new Nasha Genetics website and brand news. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us. Withdrawing does not affect emails sent before.

Who receives your data

Our website hosting provider stores the list on our behalf. When we start sending emails, we may move the list to an email service provider acting on our behalf; we will name it here before that happens. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We may keep the proof of your consent for as long as we need it to show that we had your consent.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, and for it to be corrected, deleted, restricted or transferred to you, and you can object to its use. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
